If you wish to return your purchase, please follow the steps below to complete your return:

Email us at info@amorpropriojewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your order, letting us know whether you'd like to return your purchase

2. Receive Your Return Instructions
Once we’ve received your request, our team will send you a confirmation email with a return label and step-by-step instructions.

3. Ship Your Item
Please notify us once your return has been shipped. We recommend using the provided label, as using your own courier may void your refund eligibility.

4. Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once everything is complete.

Important Notes:

✦ We are not liable for lost or delayed packages sent via unapproved couriers.

✦ Any import duties incurred due to incorrect return procedures are the responsibility of the sender.
